We build systems so that confidential information does not need to leave your controlled perimeter. This policy covers the limited data we handle directly.

Argenst Labs is designed around data minimization and containment. Within customer deployments, sensitive data stays inside the customer environment. The information described below is what we may process through our public website and pre-sales interactions.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide through our forms — name, work email, organization, industry, and message.
- Deployment preferences you share so we can scope an engagement.
- Basic website analytics such as pages visited, used only in aggregate to improve the site.
3. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, scope deployments, and communicate about our services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your enquiry data to train shared models.
4. Data inside customer deployments
When agents run inside your infrastructure, private cloud, or an isolated environment, your data remains under your control. You choose which models are used, where they are hosted, how long data is stored, and which external connections are permitted or fully disabled. Argenst does not access Customer Data except as instructed under a signed agreement.
5. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then deleted. Retention inside a deployment is configured by the customer according to policy and classification.
7. How we secure information
We apply role-based access, least-privilege principles, encryption, and logging to the limited data we handle. Details of the controls applied within customer deployments are described on our Security page.
8. Your rights
